The photo below was taken at the National Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial in Washington, DC.
The letter was dictated by Richard's daughter when she was four years old.
It reads,
" Dear Daddy,
I love you.
I wish you could come over to my house.
If you came to my house I would give you chocolate and tea.
I wish you could come to my next birthday party.
