The photo below was taken at the National Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial in Washington, DC.

The letter was dictated by Richard's daughter when she was four years old. It reads,

"Dear Daddy,

I love you.

I wish you could come over to my house.

If you came to my house I would give you chocolate and tea.

I wish you could come to my next birthday party.
